Meditate with me!

A few years ago I developed an issue with anxiety. As I struggled to find a way to deal with it I learned about the benefits of meditation. Over the course of a few months it became a game-changer for me. Figuring out how to stay present with my breath and focus on what’s happening in the moment has helped keep anxiety at bay. I’ve used a variety of YouTube videos and guided meditation apps to learn the practice and it’s been a saving grace along my journey.
